You manage the worker’s daily tasks, just like a remote team member. Outsource Balkan provides oversight, support, and replacement assistance if needed.


We work with you to resolve performance issues. If necessary, we assist with replacement so your operations continue smoothly, however we didn’t face this issue yet.


How do payments work?

You receive a single monthly invoice from Outsource Balkan LLC (U.S.). Payments are made monthly in advance, and funds are held by us and released only after the service period is completed, ensuring clarity, accountability, and continuity.


Why do you bill monthly instead of bi-weekly?

It’s pretty simple: monthly billing ensures the contractor payment stability, it reduces the administrative risk and delivers a smooth and continuous service. This protects both you and the contractor and keeps operations consistent.


Will language or cultural differences be a problem?

Absolutely not. All candidates we work with are vetted for English proficiency, professional communication, familiarity with U.S. business culture and more.

Is there a long-term contract?

There are no long-term contracts with our business. Our goal is long-term partnerships, but we understand business needs can change. Of course, if after some time you are sure you want to continue with a worker, we can present a 3 month or a 6 month contract.
