Charles is an American professional with direct experience working with U.S. employers and international talent. After years of working closely with young professionals from the Balkans, he understands both sides of the process: what U.S. businesses expect, and what Balkan talent needs to succeed.

At Outsource Balkan, Charles focuses on employer relationships, candidate vetting, client communication, and quality control.

Nemanja Mihajlovic, Co-Founder

Based in Serbia, Nemanja works directly with candidates to make sure communication, reliability, and work standards align with U.S. business expectations. With experience working for U.S.-based companies and firsthand experience living and working in the United States, he understands what American businesses look for in remote team members.

At Outsource Balkan, Nemanja manages candidate sourcing, screening, day-to-day operations, and local communication with Balkan talent.

Why we built this platform
