Charles is an American professional with direct experience working with U.S. employers and international talent. After years of working with Balkan youth, he understands both sides of the equation: U.S. business expectations and local talent markets.
Charles oversees employer relationships, candidate vetting, and quality control.
Nemanja (Nate) Mihajlovic
Based in Serbia, Nemanja is a contractor help who manages candidate sourcing, screening, and day-to-day operations. He works directly with candidates to ensure communication, reliability, and work standards align with U.S. business needs.
